This informal and pressure free chat is where we’ll talk about your lifestyle, goals, and biggest obstacles right now. I’m here to help, not sell, so if you need more clinical guidance I can offer referrals. But, if my coaching is the right move for you, together we’ll chose the best program for your needs  and go over next steps.

Getting started

After your call, you’ll receive a follow up email with all the information you need, plus links to payment, client forms, your invite to download my app, and booking link for your first session with me.

Your program

Your program is built specifically for you. Every day you’ll have lessons, workouts, and nutrition based tasks to complete. These are designed to fit within the time you actually have and build gradually to avoid overwhelm. I’ll be in touch regularly and we’ll catch up in one-on-one sessions to answer any questions and tailor your program as you progress.

I’m busy — how much time do I need to commit each week?
Most clients start with 3–4 short workouts (around 30 minutes each) and a few small nutrition or recovery goals. Everything’s designed to be flexible so you can fit it into your routine, not overhaul your whole life.

I’m not great with tech — is the app hard to use?
Nope! The app is really straightforward, you’ll see your workouts, nutrition habits, and check-ins all in one place. Plus, I’ll walk you through it when we start so you feel totally comfortable.

What kind of results can I expect?
You’ll feel stronger, more energised, and more confident, physically and mentally. The real win? You’ll build habits and mindset shifts that last long after the program ends.
